We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we can accept returns for a full refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of purchase. You may Exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit; Returns or Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay return shipping for all domestic residents.

How to make a Return or Exchange:
   
1.  Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your item.
*Tala Leathers will not be responsible for exchange shipping cost.

2.  Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original tags attached.

3.  Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at info@tala-leathers.com. All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your Return is processed, you will be refunded for the retail price of the item. Items shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you - please help us help you!
